My barn is across a river from the main road and we only have a foot bridge so we can only get horses in and out during the summer (there is some pasture space on the road side but not much). Because of this there is a rule about leaving the property and since I currently don’t own my horses (they are promised to me when I have the money) I can’t do anything about it. Had I not fallen in love with my big girl I probably would have found another barn that showed but once I fell in love there was no way I was ever leaving until I could take her with me… then i found my baby girl and since it is going to be awhile before I can afford to take the two of them somewhere else I never even tried to get involved.
